At Plant Trappin Apothecary, every order is handcrafted with care and shipped with love. We’re a small-batch business, so your goodies are fresh, intentional, and worth the wait.

 

🚚 How long does shipping take?

    •    Processing time: 3–5 business days

    •    Shipping time: 2–5 business days via USPS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number in your email.

 

📍 Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship throughout the United States.

Looking for international shipping? Reach out—we’re working on it!

 

📬 My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.

Sometimes USPS scans early. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

🙅🏽  Can I return or exchange?

Due to the nature of skincare + hygiene products, all sales are final.

BUT if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll always make it right.
